Detailed Itinerary


Day 01: Arrival in Delhi

Dilli Hat with Rajasthan Travel Our representative will welcome you at Delhi airport and assist you in Delhi hotel transfer and check-in at hotel. Stay over night at hotel.

In case you arrive in day time and there is enough time, we take you to Akshardham temple where the history and culture of India is described in the most unique way with the help of latest technology. The light and sound show in the evening is blends the age-old culture of India and development of India in the field of technology.

Day 02: Sightseeing Tour in Delhi

After breakfast leave for a sightseeing tour in Delhi. Delhi is home to several heritages which tell the sagas of Indian history- the Mughal rule in India, the British Raj in India and after independence development in India. Major tourist attractions in Delhi are Qutub Minar, Red Fort, Chandani Chowk, Humayun's tomb, Jama Masjid, Lotus Temple and India Gate.

Day 03: Delhi-Agra (204 km)

After breakfast proceed to Agra, the next destination of Rajasthan and Heritages Tour in India. En route visit Sinkandra where stands the unique epitome of secularism in India, Akbar's Tomb. Day 04: Morning tour to Taj Mahal, Agra-Jaipur (233 km) & Evening Tour to Chokhi Dhani

Day 05: Sightseeing Tour in Jaipur

The palaces and forts of Jaipur are the heritages of India representing royalty and chivalry of royal Rajputs. The sightseeing tour in Jaipur starts with an elephant ride which embarks on the base of a hill atop which is located the majestic and magnificent Amber Fort. The captivating panorama of Jaipur from the hilly paths stuns the tourists. Explore the Amber Fort and then visit the City Palace, Jal Mahal (Water Palace), Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) and Jantar Mantar (an astronomical observatory).

Day 06: Jaipur-Mumbai by air (approx 1hr45 min) & Mumbai Sightseeing Tour

Transfer to Jaipur airport after an early morning breakfast to board flight to Mumbai. On your arrival at Mumbai airport, our representative will assist you in hotel transfer in Mumbai and check-in. After relaxing and refreshing, leave for a sightseeing tour in Mumbai. Visit Gateway of India, Horniman Circle, Victoria Terminus, the heritage buildings of Kala Ghoda, Crawford Market and Chowpatty Beach.

Day 07: Jaisalmer-Jodhpur (264 km), En-route visit Osian & Sightseeing Tour in Jodhpur

(Early morning transfer to hotel in Jaisalmer, if night stay was at campsite.) Post breakfast tour to Elephanta Caves located on the Elephanta island. These caves depicting the faiths of Hinduism and Buddhism date back to 5th and 8th centuries. The Elephanta Island is located a few kilometers from the Mumbai Harbor and can be reached a cruise. So explore the rock-cut Elephanta caves and enjoy cruise trip on the first half of the seventh day of Rajasthan and Heritages Tour in India.

Day 08: Mumbai-Aurangabad (403 km) by air (approx 45 min) & Sightseeing Tour in Aurangabad.

Post breakfast transfer to Mumbai airport to board flight to Auranagabad, the City of Gates. Aurangabad is a famous tourist hub for it is the gateway to the UNESCO Heritage Sites- Ajanta and Ellora Caves. Our representative will assist in hotel transfer and check-in at Aurangabad. After lunch, proceed for a sightseeing tour in Auranagabad. On this day of Rajasthan and Heritages Tour in India, you get to see the Aurangabad Caves, Daulatabad Fort and Bibi ka Maqbara which wull remind of Agra and Jaipur and give a glimpse of Ajanta and Ellora caves.

Bibi Ka Maqbara, known as the Poor Man's Taj, is a replica of Taj Mahal built by the son of the famous Mughal Emperor Aurangazeb, Azam Shah as tribute of his love to his mother, Rabia Durrani. The Aurangabad Caves belonging to Budhhist sect with marvellous sculptural carvings date back to 6th and 7th century. Over night stay at hotel in Aurangabad.

Day 09: Ajanta Caves
Ajanta Cave with Rajasthan Travel After breakfast proceed for sightseeing tour to Ajanta Caves. The rock-cut Ajanta Caves are a UNESCO World Heritage Site dating back to 1st century BCE and 5th century AD. 28-30 in number, the Ajanta Caves epitomize the existence of Buddhism before Common Era through their paintings and sculptures.

Explore the Ajanta Caves and then come back to hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure; travel around the local markets. Over night stay at hotel in Aurangabad.

Day 10: Ellora Caves-Mumbai & Departure
On the last day of Rajasthan and Heritages Tour in India, visit the Ellora Caves which epitomize the existence secularism in India centuries ago. The rock-cut caves of Ellora dating back to 350 AD-700AD represent the magnificence of three faiths-Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism. The Ellora Caves have also been recognized as World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
