Dilli Hat -  Taj Mahal Tour with Jaipur

Day 01: Arrival in Delhi

On arrival in Delhi, you will receive a grand welcome in a traditional Indian style by our representative who will accompany you to the pre-booked hotel. The very first moment you step out of the airport, you will feel the diverse spirit of India.
Check in at the hotel. Spend the day at leisure. Dinner and over night stay at hotel.

* Depending upon the time of arrival of your flight, if the time permits, you will be taken for a tour in Delhi which will include a visit to Akshardham temple.

Day 02: Sightseeing Tour in Delhi

Post breakfast leave for a full day sightseeing tour in Delhi. Delhi is the national capital of India rich in culture and history dating back to five thousand years. It has witnessed rise and fall of various Hindu dynasties and Mughal empires and had been a British colony as well. Their imprints can still be found in Delhi in the form of architectural monuments and cultural heritages.

A city tour in Delhi includes sightseeing of Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Chandni Chowk, Rajghat, Qutub Minar, Humayun's Tomb, Lotus Temple and India Gate.
Dinner and over night stay at Delhi hotel.

Day 03: Agra (204 km)

After having a sumptuous breakfast, drive to Agra where the testament of eternal love, Taj Mahal stands majestically. En-route visit Sikandra where lies the mausoleum of Akbar. The mausoleum is a beautiful structure and was started by Akbar himself. The principle of secularism followed by Akbar is reflected in the construction of his mausoleum. It blends Islamic, Hindu, Buddhist, Christian and Jain motifs.

On arrival in Agra, check in at the hotel pre-booked for you. Relax and refresh before leaving for a sightseeing tour in Agra.
City tour in Agra begins at the Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which provides panoramic views of Taj Mahal. It is believed that the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan was kept under house arrest at Agra Fort by his son Aurangzeb.Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan spent the last days of his life gazing at Taj Mahal, the mausoleum of his beloved wife.

After exploring the Agra Fort, proceed to Taj Mahal. Built in white marble and adorned with semi-precious stones, Taj Mahal is the mausoleum of Mumtaz Mahal, the beloved life of Shah Jahan. It is the finest architectural splendor among the Seven Wonders of World.

Travel around the markets of Agra renowned for the marble souvenirs especially the replicas of Taj Mahal, wall paintings, rugs, etc.

India Gate with Rajasthan Tour

Day 04: Agra-Jaipur (235 km)

After breakfast drive to Jaipur, the Pink City. En route visit Fatehpur Sikri, a historical city constructed by Mughal Emperor Akbar. This city which took 15 years to build was abandoned after only 14 years. The ghost city of Fatehpur Sikri boasts of some Mughal architectural masterpieces including a palace and a mosque.

On arrival in Jaipur, check in at the hotel booked for your stay in Jaipur. Relax and refresh before leaving for a short tour in Jaipur.

In the evening, take pleasure in shopping at the markets of Jaipur famous for jewelry, handicrafts, home décor items etc. To make this day more special go for a rickshaw ride.

Day 05: Jaipur

Post breakfast leave for a full day sightseeing tour in Jaipur. Mark the beginning of Jaipur city tour with elephant ride on a caparisoned elephant at Amber Fort. The architecture of Amber Fort would surely charm you. Next visit Jal Mahal, City Palace, Hawa Mahal and Jantar Mantar.
Dinner and over night stay at hotel.

Day 06: Jaipur-Delhi (277 km)

On this day depart for Delhi either by air or by surface to catch a flight back to your country.
