Detailed Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Delhi
On arrival in Delhi, after a traditional Indian style welcome by our representative you will be taken to the pre-booked hotel. Check in at the hotel and stay over night there.In case you arrive in the day time and have enough time for a short tour in Delhi, visit the Akshardham temple and explore the history and culture of India in a unique way by boat ride and sound and light show.
Day 02: Sightseeing Tour in Delhi
This day marks the beginning of your Royal Golden Triangle Tour. After having a lavish breakfast, leave for a full day sightseeing tour in Delhi. Delhi, the national capital of India, is a cosmopolitan metropolis where the impact of western culture traditional Indian lifestyle can be observed easily. Imprints of Hindu dynasties, Mughal empires and British Raj in the form of architectural monuments and cultural heritages tell the sagas of history of Delhi and India as a whole.A city tour in Delhi means to visit the famous architectural splendors of Delhi which include Chandni Chowk, Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Rajghat, Humayun's Tomb, Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple and India Gate.
Dinner and over night stay at Delhi hotel.
Day 03: Delhi –Mandawa (approx 260 km)
After having an early morning breakfast, drive to Mandawa, Rajasthan. On arrival at Mandawa, check in at the hotel and leave for a sightseeing tour in Mandawa after refreshing yourself.Founded in 18th century, Mandawa was once inhabited by the rich merchant families belonging to the Shekhawati clan of Rajputs. Mandawa is famed for its fort and havelis possessing theme frescos giving a picture of changing time. Mythology which used to dominate the themes of murals in early days was taken over by the themes reflecting the impact of British rule on Indian culture. In 19th century, the traditional subjects demonstrating local legends, hunting, animals, wrestling scenes, portraits were replaced with trains, cars, gramophones, English men dressed in hunting attires and portraits of the haveli owners.
After lunch, go round the Mandawa town which is called "open art gallery" for its havelis, the fascinating mansion with painted walls. A visit to the Mandawa Fort and its havelis is a surrealistic experience.

Day 04: Mandawa- Jaipur (190 km) & Tour to Chokhi Dhani
After breakfast, proceed for the next destinatination of your Royal Golden Triangle Tour. Drive to Jaipur, the Pink City.On arrival in Jaipur, check in at the hotel.
In the evening, we take you to Chokhi Dhani, a five star resort with theme of an ethnic Rajasthani village portraying the traditions, culture and lifestyle of pastoral Rajasthan.

Day 05: Jaipur
Post breakfast leave for a full day sightseeing tour in Jaipur. At the outset of Jaipur city tour, ride on a caparisoned elephant at Amber Fort and explore the Amber Fort. Also visit Jal Mahal, City Palace, Hawa Mahal and Jantar Mantar. To add more ecstasy to your Jaipur city tour visit the local markets of Jaipur famous for handicrafts and jewelry items complemented by a rickshaw ride.Over night stay at hotel in Jaipur.
Day 06: Jaipur - Agra (233 km) & Sightseeing tour in Agra
After having a sumptuous breakfast, drive to Agra, the last but not the least destination of Royal Golden Triangle Tour. Agra is home to the testament of eternal love, Taj Mahal.En route visit Fatehpur Sikri. It is a deserted town dotted with a few Mughal architectural masterpieces.
On arrival at Agra, check in at hotel and refresh yourself before leaving for a city tour in Agra which includes sightseeing of Agra Fort and Taj Mahal. Also visit the government emporiums where quality marble souvenirs especially the replicas of Taj Mahal, clothes, handicrafts are found.
Day 07: Taj Mahal Morning Tour, Agra-Delhi (204km) & departure
On the last day of your Royal Golden Triangle Tour, go for a Taj Mahal Morning Tour. Taj Mahal looks awesomely spectacular at dawn time. After breakfast, drive/fly to Delhi to board your flight back home.If you opt to go to Delhi by road, visit Sikandra en route. Here lies the mausoleum of Akbar, the great Mughal Emperor who introduced secularism in India. Even his mausoleum is blend of Islamic, Buddhist, Hindu, Christian and Jain motifs.

I have not filled in my questionnaire on return from our recent holiday in Rajasthan because I wanted you all to know personally how grateful we are for the most awesome service provided to us by Go Heritage India Journeys.
We had an amazing time and this was thanks to the entire team of Go Heritage India Journeys, which was constantly by our side with any help that was required.
The guided tours were very courteous and the so were the chauffer drives from one destination to another. The hotel rooms were beautiful. The whole itinerary set up was perfectly planned which left us with relaxed time to enjoy every minute of our trip and the change of plans to go to Ranthanbhore was worth as we did spot a tiger!!
It was a trip that was completely stress-free and for that we are most grateful. Kudos for great job done!!!
