Detailed Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Delhi
Our representative will welcome you at the Delhi airport and escort you to the hotel booked for your stay in Delhi. Check in and stay over night at hotel..In case you arrive in the day time, then depending upon your arrival time, if there is enough time we take you to Akshardham temple where you can explore the history and culture of India in a very different way by boat ride and sound and light show.
Day 02: Sightseeing Tour in Delhi
At the outset of Rajasthan with North India Tour, go for a full day sightseeing tour in Delhi. Delhi is a historic city where the imprints of Mughals and British can be noticed and the influence of western culture on Indian traditions can be witnessed.After breakfast leave for sightseeing tour in Delhi. A sightseeing tour is Delhi means to visit the major tourist attractions in Delhi which include Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Chandni Chowk, Rajghat, Humayun's Tomb, Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple and India Gate.

Day 03: Delhi-Jaipur (258 km) & Evening Tour to Chokhi Dhani
After an early morning breakfast, drive to Jaipur, the Pink City. Check in at hotel in Jaipur and have some rest before leaving for an evening tour to Chokhi Dhani.Chokhi Dhani is a resort in the outskirt of Jaipur built with theme of an ethnic village. Here you get to explore the traditions, customs, costumes and cuisine of Rajasthan which are gaining popularity day by day.

Day 04: Sightseeing Tour in Jaipur
After breakfast go for a full day sightseeing tour in and around Jaipur. Jaipur is the capital of Rajasthan, India renowned for unparalleled royalty, hospitality and chivalry. At the outset of the sightseeing tour in Jaipur enjoy the Rajput royalty by a ride on a caparisoned elephant to the Amber Fort situated atop a hill. After exploring the Amber Fort, visit the City Palace, Jal Mahal (Water Palace), Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) and Jantar Mantar (an astronomical observatory)The handicrafts, home décor items and jewelry of Rajasthan especially Jaipur are very famous. So before ending the Jaipur city tour we take you to the markets of Jaipur where apart from shopping/window shopping you can enjoy rickshaw ride as well.
Day 05: Jaipur-Agra (233 km) via Fatehpur Sikri and Sightseeing Tour in Agra
On the fifth day of your Rajasthan with North India Tour, we take you to Agra where the finest splendor among the Seven Wonders of World, 'Taj Mahal' is situated.After an early morning breakfast drive to Agra and en route visit Fatehpur Sikri. Fatehpur Sikri dating back to 16th century was built in 15 years and was abandoned after just 14 years due to scarcity of water. The mosque and palace at the ghost town of Fatehpur Sikri are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
On arrival in Agra, check in at hotel and after having some rest leave for a city tour in Agra. Visit Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and markets of Agra. The marble souvenirs especially the replicas of Taj Mahal, clothes, handicrafts at the government emporiums are of very fine quality.

Day 06: Agra-Khajuraho via Jhansi (Agra-Jhansi by train & Jhansi-Khajuraho by road)
On this day of your Rajasthan with North India Tour wake up in time so that you can board the morning train from Agra to Jhansi. Our representative will welcome and assist you at the Jhansi Railway Station. Visit the Jhansi Fort where lived the Indian queen- Rani Lakhsmibai whose struggle for freedom is an example of bravery of Indian women.Proceed to Khajuraho from Jhansi by road (181 km). On arrival in Khajuraho, check in at hotel and have some rest. In the evening, go for a sound and light show held in the complex of the Western Group of temples.

Day 07: Sightseeing Tour in Khajuraho & Khajuraho-Varanasi by air
After breakfast explore the monuments of Khajuraho. Khajuraho is the most exotic city of Rajasthan with North India Tour. This city is famous for its temples with erotic sculptures on its walls. The architecture and sculptures of these temples dating back to over thousand years have made Khajuraho group of monuments a UNESCO World Heritage Site.Board the afternoon flight to Varanasi. Day 08: Sightseeing Tour in Varanasi
Varanasi is the most pious for Hindus. Get up early in the morning at 5 a.m. to view the panoramic vistas of Varanasi at dawn when thousands of pilgrims take dips in holy Ganga and holy saints practice and perform yoga and Surya Namaskara. The chimes of temple bells in such a scenario create a magical charisma. A morning cruise across Ganga to view the sacred activities is a great option which is followed by a walk through the narrow alleys of Varanasi.After breakfast visit the Varanasi Silk Centre where the widely renowned Banarasi Saris and other brocades are found.
Post lunch trip to Sarnath where Lord Gautama Buddha delivered sermon. This Buddhist pilgrimage is dotted with the stupas and the Ashoka Pillar.

I have not filled in my questionnaire on return from our recent holiday in Rajasthan because I wanted you all to know personally how grateful we are for the most awesome service provided to us by Go Heritage India Journeys.
We had an amazing time and this was thanks to the entire team of Go Heritage India Journeys, which was constantly by our side with any help that was required.
The guided tours were very courteous and the so were the chauffer drives from one destination to another. The hotel rooms were beautiful. The whole itinerary set up was perfectly planned which left us with relaxed time to enjoy every minute of our trip and the change of plans to go to Ranthanbhore was worth as we did spot a tiger!!
It was a trip that was completely stress-free and for that we are most grateful. Kudos for great job done!!!
